I thought of a new acronym for my proposed company - EPIC - Explore Play Incorporated Canada - cool or cheese factor too high? EPIC Adventures would be my out-tripping offshoot. CELT - Canadian Experiential Leadership Training - if only I was Irish. Any other suggestions?

I love the name EPIC and the idea in general. I loved my leadership courses I took throughout school. I found that I benefited greatly as I found my way into the workforce. It also looks great on a resume! I'm sure you will have no trouble finding people interested in your program! Good luck!
Well - we'll see what happens. For now - I'll still be doing teambuilding stuff on the side. I actually spent the weekend doing exactly that at a camp that my wife and i used to work at. It was great connecting with all their staff and encouraging them to do their best working with kids this summer.
Thanks for the encouragement - I'll post some pics from the sessions as soon as I can. I tried a couple new initiatives and the results were great.
